Good for you! You have a great attitude. I've had anorexia for 15 years and am currently struggling. Not a nice place to be. Keep smiling...you look beautiful :)

Hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my brother in law got really defined Six pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

Good for you! I have a lot of weight to lose, and I have chosen to lose it the healthy way. I am working out and working on improving my eating. I think that curves are beautiful. I don't understand why some women want to get rid of their curves. I know that some media pushes an anorexic look. You sound like you have a good plan. Good for you! Thank you for sharing. Cindy I finally lost 5 more pounds !!! I've lost a total of 35 now ! Ahhh...And 100 is WAYYyYYY too small for any one 5"2 & above. I hope that the other girl can get the help she needs to do this right. Congrats on 90 lost !!!!!
