Hiya Secretmoo! Anywho, the way you get the voodoo doll is by visiting the Witch Doctor at the Mysterious Hut on Twikkii Island and offer to fix all his broken appliances; he'll then give you the doll as a gift. To get to the lot, your sim will need to dig up the map that shows its location (just have them dig up holes in the home lots and sooner or later, the map will turn up). :)
