Crooked Mile @ Full Moon On The Quad - Touch Of Evil (Judas Priest Cover)

I was going through an old hard drive and came across some video footage of Crooked Mile's earlier gigs. After some editing I decided to upload some of the songs, since I'm still working on some solo covers and haven't uploaded anything in a while. These videos are rough but I look back at them with fond memories! =P

This gig was at Full Moon On The Quad at Stanford. For those of you unfamiliar with the tradition basically freshmen are supposed to kiss seniors in the Main Quad of campus on the first full moon night of Fall Quarter...hahaha. Yeah I'll let you guys think about that. Anyways it was a really fun show to do and we had a great time. I apologize for the crap quality of these vids but my Quicktime to AVI conversion software was free and I couldn't be bothered tweaking settings...=P

I think this is the only time we ever played this song live, what with the lyrics being such a good fit. Come to think of it we definitely chose a different set for this event to fit with the mood haha. This song was a little shaky in some parts but I don't think it was too terrible...then again, I'm biased haha.

Great list of covers, very good ones... The solo of "feed my Frankenstein" sounds enjoyable, It's nice that it feels a little bit more serious than the rest of the song (maybe I found the voice melody like a funy musical line...). Have a nice day...
