why fast if you are not sick... i can see why u wouldn't want food if u got a fever or something... but if u rn't outwardly sick - what's the point? elimination seems to happen way more when u r sick. also metabolism seems to be 50% higher with fever - so metabolism is repair and elimination as well - and that will be sped up during fever.

@funkycowboy - Nick went to the Southern California University of Health Sciences, his degree is from the LA College of Chiropractic and he did his residency at True North :)

@yomeyo99 I am just barely over 5"6 and my weight loss has actually slowed down now on day 6. I had only lost a little over 8 pounds by this video so I didn't look too much thinner than when I had arrived.

I did isolation for 28 days very tough to do. No human contact either.
You don't realize how much you rely on computers,phones TVs or whatever.
I am loving how relaxed Dr Nick is. Makes me wonder if he is a real doctor.
