I saw these guys in L.A. around this time. It was a great show and funny too, because no one knew how to dance/ move/ headbang, etc., because the rhythms were so unconventional.

Wow, I saw these guys play with Jawbreaker in someone's backyard in Santa Monica about 16 years ago..strange to find them lurking in the archives of youtube...

Can't believe that there's actual footage of these guys and on youtube nonetheless! Thanks twelvebit for posting this. I just found out about Phleg Camp today through a review on Amazon and listened to some song samples which blew me away! Great as a live band as well!
