  • haha, that dog was about to tear that thing to pieces at the end

  • Yeah, I wasn't being very fair to poor Vegas...he was fed up by the end! But don't worry, all was well-supervised and nothing bad happened!

  • Yeah Ollie really has a swagger/strut when he's on the prowl!

  • hasn't got its tail! Poor crow! ;-(

  • That's a beautiful bird. I actually have a mockingbird as a pet, he used to have a nest in my front yard but he fell and broke one of his wings, and since there are a lot of cats around I took him inside. It took months for him to recover, afterwards I tried releasing him but he doesn't want to go anymore XD. They are great singers, too!

Poor sweet bird. I can't speak for Oliver, but I for one appreciate your patience and love for this dear bird.

  • Actually, no. The Australian Shepherd is actually an American breed that was slightly mis-named. The Australian Kelpie is a totally different breed. If you Google the two breeds you will find the information.

At the time of that video, Oliver had fallen and hurt his leg. He limped for a few days. He's fine now. We have to be careful with him regarding falling, as he cannot fly and it is easy for him to hurt himself. He has cataracts and other issues.

  • In Australia your sweet shepherd would be called a Kelpie. Gorgeous dog. What is wrong with Oliver's leg? Is Oliver in pain?

  • do you mean, that they will follow your car?

  • No, potty training is not normally successful. You just gotta clean it up. Best to allow time out of cage on a non-carpeted/non-upholstered surface. When I let Ollie out to sit with me and watch TV on my recliner I just have a towel ready. He will always get up and try to back up to get his rear end off the edges of whatever he is standing on, so I can put the towel underneath etc.
