Cowon S9 owns them all!

@12ygirl i would rather delete all that space that occupied by "APPS" to have bigger collection of quality music.
its a mp3/mp4 player not ur gameboy yo'

Man i want to get this mp3 so bad ,but it is a bit out of my price range.
Sony should make this at least $150 for 16gb & $230 for 32gb.

@12ygirl nexus one

el corte ingles??

@12ygirl yea, I buy mp3 players for apps, not for sound.

This review focuses mainly on the video features, which is nice with the oLED and all, however, I been told the selling feature of this product is its stunning sound quality. And It's for this quaility that I currerently have the Walkman on my Christmas list. Mind you, it will be nice to watch a show on it too from time to time as I make my way to work on the subway.

the new walkmans are just a fad as the old ones.
but i like the old ones better.
technology is limited to what can be compressed now a days.

None of these mp3 players should really be compared to the ipod touch in my opinion. The ipod touch and iphone is defiantly more of a all around entertainment system. Tell me when there's a mp3 player with over 75,00 apps and I'll consider. But to the people who want a all around sound system then knock yourselves out.
walkman always had better sound quality in terms of lows, mids and highs. wider frequency ranges, if you've read the specs of the devices thmslf and the headphones supplied or even used these devices in the past, you would be aware of this fact.. Apple is no comparison... never was. portible devices are in sony's blood, where as apple came along just a few years ago. i would use apple for better interface, but would use walkman for better sound quality. don't agree?do some research then:P

Well I am getting a SONY one. I bought two iPods, both lasted just 18 months and died. Apple were cracp when I called them up, so thats the end of that. Crap devices, I want music, reliability and decent storage. SONY looks like they have done it. Off to the shops
