  • Ya, Coopers is really good but most other BBQ joints in Texas suck.

  • The pork spareribs in D.C. were fatty, greasy, tough, and looked like Flintstone bones. However, the brisket was very good, and the Kreuz sausage was beautiful!

The spareribs should be taken off the menu.

    Great service though.

  • kreuz should have just franchised the place

  • "Whenever you do a show on BBQ ratings spike" Anthony Bourdain. So true.. the amount of views this video got just because it's about BBQ. Why do we love it so?

  • Coopers in Llano Texas is amazing.......

A friend has a franchise from Coopers in Belton. plus there is a Coopers in Mason and Brady.

  • COOPERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the best.

  • NY has some great restaurants for sure

  • Yepper, Mesquite wood is the best.

  • Don't forget Coopers!

  • don't be so hard of them. They aren't going to make a place 100% identical to what you see in Texas. But it looks like they did a pretty good job and I grew up just north of Austin.
