"6:40-6:49" There is no limit to jumping! It's ALWAYS accurate on the squat rack on how low your body weight is RELATIVE to how much weight you squat! Power lifters has 50 inch vertical without even training for it! I'm 6'11" and I could between the legs dunk from the free throw line.
