Contains Scarborough Fair, Concerning Hobbits from The Lord of the Rings, the Pirates theme, When the Saints Come Marching In, and (the one marked that I don't know) Sir Henry Bishop's Home Sweet Home. Yeah, I figured it out. :)

    "HOME SWEET HOME"

A nice video you play lovely

    Your video is an inspiration,

I am just beggining to learn.

    THANKS !

  • It is okay with the Penny-Whistle, it works just fine. But consider this, if you can play the Penny-Whistle, even a little, you´ll also be able to play the Recorder, but switching the hands will not work on the Recorder, & you will haven gotten into a "bad" habit. + Left-handed people play the Piano, Pedal-Steel Guitar & many other instruments without having to reverse hands.
  • Thanks for this vid! I have a tin whistle coming in the mail and this will give me something to practice on!

  • just picked up a Tin Whistle for the first time. While learning the scales, I am finding difficulty going to the D, E and F# from the upper notes without making alot of squealing. I would imagine it is my blowing, but could there be another reason...?? Also, to get clean sounding notes, I feel like I am barely blowing at all.....is this normal??? Any other tips for a piper learning the whistle??? can you help please thank you

  • Is it acceptible to have my hands up side down? As in, having my right hand on the top? thanks.

  • The last tune is "there is no place like home". Thanks for the video
