That is an expression of her submissive pose in her relationship. It is a message to all males that she already has an owner to which she's devoted to, and she had adopted the "bitch" role in the household. Just to avoid any confusion about her availability for mating.

Actually a lot of women wear dog collars without it being a submissive statement, oddly it's fashion today.
Also most women who are in that kind of relationship are married, she has no ring.

A student made a uneducated comment about vaccines and the anti-vaccine crowd, and Peter never corrected him pointing out that the most educated people are the hardest to educate. If either of them did there homework they'd be completely against them.

Because science works. It's peer reviewed. It's tested and retested. Polio practically eradicated as well as small pox. What's prayer ever solved? What diseases has science created? Ineffective medicine doesn't prove science wrong. It's not infallible. Science is based on reality. Religion is founded on myth and faith. I'll stick to reality.

Why do you trust science? Have you ever seen all that some "scientists" claim to have seen? What's so special to those scientists that you are able to trust them more than a book that brought up MUCH blessing to those who believed it?
Can you say that the results of the science are great as well when there are so many diseases due to those very results? there are so many chronic diseases pecisely because the ineffectiveness of those "cures" they tested on animals...

Can you make a little order in your head to speak coherently and positively of your non-bullshit of a faith, instead of discussing what you obviuosly don't understand minimally?
