First lipsync test in Blender, just to see if the rig worked (it kind of did but needs some adjustments). And to see how it is animating in Blender instead of Maya or XSI

It's difficult, and the learning curve is steep. Start with Google SketchUp. When you're comfortable with that, buy a book on using Blender (I bought The Essential Blender). Then download the program, read the book, and watch some tutorials on YouTube. Super3Boy does some good ones. I hope that this helps.
