Squat technique felt off as I was being pulled forward a lot and I just felt uncomfortable in the hole. Not sure if perhaps I was a tad wider than I should have been. I was also not fully there mentally as I caught myself day dreaming during a set. Not good.
It looks like your low back rounded a little on the deadlifts. Granted, I only pull 300, so I'm not one to talk, but just something you may want to check out. It could also be that you're pulling from a deficit. Good work!
