Anyone that hates Janis Joplin is an idiot.She was not a bad person.She just had personal issues that she dealt with the wrong way(drugs & alcohol).She was an amazing singer.Her music transcends time.She's a legend.I'm extremely sad she is dead.I hope she's in a better place free from what made her troubled.Her "Me and Bobby McGee" is one my all times favorite songs.R.I.P Janis

I'll send you the Fair Use Notice in a PM since I cant seem to post it here. I used it for my Solomon Burke vid and it worked. Its worked a lot actually and it IS legal. If you have to do that......appeal form crap thing......paste it there. But I also used it in my video info. I hate those forms. Well, a lot of my old favourites have been either deleted or are now unavalaible in my country. I don't know when this started but you can't really blame the Youtube staff. I don't know what pressure has been put on them or from who. I hope they fight the bastards and let the good times come back. Youtube has alwas helped win new fans for new bands, and helped us remember and honor the old stars. The Media Groups are just hurting themselves. Cheers
