"Invitation to World Literature" is a multimedia resource for teaching, appreciating, and — most importantly — reading works from many times and cultures. Video, text, and Web bring together a tantalizing mix of writers, scholars, artists, and performers to introduce students, lifelong learners, and all readers to these timeless tales. Each half-hour episode features discussion of personal connections, key scenes, and modern iterpretations. Produced by WGBH with Seftel Productions and funded by Annenberg Media, the Web site is at www.learner.org.

iranians azar nafisi and shabnam rezaei are interviewed in this incredible series about world literature on PBS. Well done and amazing work. Can't wait to see it on TV.
