  • im afraid that if I go on a raw food diet i will loose so much weight and that's not good because I did go an a super healthy diet before and I lost so much weight but Im back to healthy weight now but I do need to eat healthier. What should I do?

  • Thankyou Natasha. You are the best. You look incredible and healthy. I am glad you are on your journey into optimum health. I eat raw fish too and low sodium free range turkey jerky. I am mostly on raw kale and green foods. Kelp. Sprouted Quinoa. Thankyou for the inspiration. I have sooooo much energy and I don't want to be vegan.
