  • There is a easy way to avoid a speeding ticket, Look at your speedometer. the same for a D U I.

    If u drink. Don't Drive.

  • How's about instead of pussyfooting around and being polite and telling the officer how much you respect him, you just say, "I invoke my right to remain silent."

I'm getting really tired and fed up with all this advice to not assert our constitutional rights directly, and matter-of-factly, for fear of hurting and offending the poor police officer's feelings.

  • @Bradley5221 So, now they have programmed us to be in mortal fear of offending our SERVANTS, who no longer see us as their masters. We are afraid of being aggressively assertive of our authority as the sovereigns. We cower humbly afraid to be who we were born to be, which is dutifully disruptive and interfering with this increasingly encroaching, illegal, corrupt, unconstitutional, arrogant, criminal, and unbridled police state.

  • @glennus626 Where there is no victim there is not crime. Few attorneys will defend your rights on constitutional grounds and inform you that there exist these two basic legal systems operating side by side; they are the constitutional common law and U.C.C. governed contract law. Most of the time you are being prosecuted under contract law. Knowing and understanding the difference is critical to knowing how the government has become the worst of all criminal corporate enterprises.

  • Thanks for the vid. But don't think for a minute that it absolves you from being part of the government's gang of thugs. I wonder how many people you railroaded into prison when you worked on the force.

  • @CortesZ666 Lame, boring, Hell I drive fucked up almost daily!

  • Very educational. Thank you.

  • @Bradley5221 He's right, though. We've been giving up our constitutionally protected liberties for quite some time. If people don't wake up and shake off this apathy and fear, we will be slaves to the government more than we already are in no time. Don't believe me? Read the wording on the NDAA, look at how many states disregard the 4th amendment and routinely conduct random checkpoints and searches without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. The list goes on and on.

  • You may remember me from such films as Jurassic Park, and every KFC commercial, as well as having the same hair cut as your grandmother.

  • This guy looks like he's hurting for a drink.

  • @greggh Its not for fear of hurting the feelings. Its to make sure you get the benefit of the doubt in court. Your cooperation will help your case. Being belligerent , too direct or too "matter of fact" will give the officer fuel and reason to interpret your actions as being disruptive or interfering with the officers which will surely NOT work in your favor. You do not want the officer to think that you are uncooperative or rude. NOW, if you dont care any of this, feel free to assert your way
