@Joshykiller13 in the kasumi goto dlc it gives you an awesome weapon the kasa locust in the story of what kasumi tells shepard about it killed 2 preisdents ive used it a hundred times it is insane if you maximized that smg weapon damage if you upgraded it 5 times its beast

He's an adept. And as for the weapon he got it from Kasumi's DLC. (Which was the first DLC for Mass Effect if you're wondering..)
