  • Just got my beast the other day, the UPS guy was not happy.. I'm real anxious to start but I sprained my ankle skiing and really don't want to aggravate anything

  • At the time this video was made (about 13 months ago) I was pretty disfunctional in the shoulders...my left particularly. I'm consistantly working on improving my mobility and stability to increase my performance on the "fun" lifts like this, and more importantly on the power lifts that I compete it.
