STARVING HORSES! Stop Monty Stanley!!

PLEASE HELP SAVE THESE HORSES!! please go and see for yourself and then report them to sacramento county animal control.. The owner of these horses is Monty Stanley he is the owner of Rooco Rents in Elkgrove his company brings in 2.5 to 5 million a yr and he can not take care of the horses he has on this property. Their are 12 horses/foals on this land Rau Rd Elkgrove CA 95757 ( the green house in front of the pasture has nothing to do with the horses so please do not bother them) 2 to 3 of the younger horses are dying from thistle poisoning and are starving to death it is sad to see them trying to eat but just cant please help get justuce for these horses this is not our first attempt in trying to save these animals. horses have no shealter and have lived off the land for years and as everyone knows some seasons it is not enough food to sustain these horses food requriments. The horses consist of two heards a stud with his 3 mares who are prego again and have foals at their sides and the other heard is of their past babies who all receive some sort of injury when they are kicked out and pushed away from their dams. Any food that you see is the food we provided them because they are starving!
