I got 22 fps using the driver 185.85 DOX, was the best so far. That a ASUS G1S Core 2 Duo T7500 @ 2.2GHz, 3GB RAM, 8600M GT default clocks and Windows Vista Ultimate x64.

@YouToice - I have the same ram, processor and graphic... are you sure that your graphic card is DDR3... than you have better one... I can play it on medium-medium-medium, visibility: only 4, 800x600. Its only because of the fast CPU T9500...

Yes, im sure it's GDDR3 and we all know by now that GTA IV is very cpu demanding.
Also the time i uploaded this video i was using an unpatched GTA IV. I'm currently to busy with other things and do not have the time to play GTA. Maybe i'll post another video with a patched GTA when i'm back from Spain.
