It's probably best to do this "TV Detox" with a committed (crazy) bunch as I ''m quite sure I would never have the resolve to stay away from "the Box" for a whole month otherwise! TV truly IS an addiciton! And tho' I'm not a crackberry addict, nor alcoholic or smoker, but I'll probably need to be " wired" to music or the Web!! Would that be allowed? Woo!

Good question, Dee. This TV Detox is completely customizable (more details to come in the next video!).

Actually, I hear that TV slows down in January so some people might like a bigger challenge to unplug from music or the web for the month!

This TV challenge seems just fine as a kick start to the new yeart, and definitely more do-able for me!! =) I would not be able to unplug from the Web cold turkey like that, as I need my computer daily for work & other commitments. As for music, I don't know how well I would do without SOME melody in my iife. A month seems like an eternity without it! (my last vice!) Yikes!!
