those numbers are the wiring, Brushless motors are also numbered in terms of their physical size - the ABCD/E numbering system usually gives the stator diameter (AB), the stator length (CD) and the number of turns, E.
, and I just did a simple google search... search:
Mega 16/15/3... 3rd result, page reads....
The Mega 16/15/3 is a 3000kv brushless motor....
the numbers after the motor numbers are the prop length and pitch, one of the most basic aspects of rc flight

Thats what the numbers are after the motor make at 12seconds dude.

no gear in it, thats the winds of the motor, and that also the model number. search it with those numbers even on google
