  • @jeffpolara Yeah you're right about that. Crack cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin and all the countless pharmaceuticals that kids like to get strung out on today are all bad news. I would classify those as "harder" drugs. They are physically addicting, damaging to your health and harmful to your psyche. However, the hallucinogens, like those used in the 1960's psychedelic era and today, are safe and fun if taken in the right environment and if used in moderation.

  • @xKahunax I'm getting old and never heard of some of that stuff. I do know that alot of the punks these days are moody and a drag from crack and meth.

  • @jeffpolara What kind of drugs are you referring to? LSD? Cannabis? Psilocybin mushrooms? Those drugs are still available today and I don't know about you, but they make people very "hip". And now there are even more drugs: MDMA, the whole 2c family, etc. And those drugs are "newer", but still, once again, makes you very "hip". Learn about drugs before you try to say something smart about them. Thanks. Peace and Love.

  • AAaahhhh - this is really good old garage rock from the 60s. I love it - it´s raw and honest - no overdubs, no samples, no noting - just only good garage rock. My hobby is to rediscover all those great bands from the 60s that didn´t "broke through". It´s a fantastic musical treasure. Listen for example to THE ZETTLERS ("Skinnie Minnie" and "Beautiful Delilah"=f....g good with a bloody driving beat), The Music Machine ("Talk, talk") and The Golliwogs ("Tell me"= and the singer is?=yes it´s him).

  • they were at least 10 years ahead, stuck up guy with sunglasses is definitely Elton John in his thirtees

  • Acid/garage at its ferocious best! This is most emphatically not "flower power" psychedelia.

  • East Coast King Tone from 1967. Bring it all back!

  • Hey, isn't that goofy kid (with the hat) Mickey Rooney's son?

  • When I listen to this, I like to turn off the sound to the movie Time After Time (the trippy color-negative scene where HG is traveling through Time). Moreover, I must ask, "Hey man, where's Stoney?" With apologies to the B movie, Psyche-Out (1967) starring Jack Nicholson. LOVE THIS TUNE!

  • @halalbackgirl >eah... I'm tellin' ya... and the best thing about them is their ATTITUDE !!!
