@fo13ulous It's called phyllo pastry. It's possible to make it yourself, but is very difficult. I, as well as many professional chefs, would recommend the average home cook to buy it prepared in the market.

You really need to make your own lemon curd per Gordon's recipe. After making it yourself, you realize just how bad the store bought stuff tastes in comparison. I used to use store bought lemon curd for trifles etc, but after making it from scratch, never again. It looks so much better and tastes so much better.
