"NOAC" is an abbreviation for those Nintendo-on-a-chip things you see at the mall that has a whole bunch of pirated NES games built into them. I hacked one up, attached a screen, and put it in a case to make this portable video game system.

Check out my other videos to see a Super Nintendo portable, a PSOne portable, and more. Also, come visit the forums over at www.benheck.com if you want to learn more about making portable video game systems!
