as long as nationalists and unionists see each other as " us and them" their will never be a united ireland.
nationalists have to accept unionists as irish and make them feel welcome. unionists have to stop being so paranoid, out of all the muslims, blacks, easterners ect. in ireland do you really think that its white irish christians (unionists) the irish government are going to discriminate against?

What defines a nation? Common language, common religion, common traditions and a common legal system. Ireland had all of these. It is true that individual septs controlled different parts of the island but it was still a naion none the less...

You're telling Protestant citizens to give back "your" Island? My Ancestors have lived on this Island probably just as long as your own. This Island does not belong to Catholic Nationalists anymore than it does to Protestants.
