Ms Ong was just confused because of the duress of the circumstances. She accidentally mis-declared the return flight number (LAX-BOS) which was Flight 12, but she then clarifies that it's Flight 11 so I don't really get the point of this video...

@102Joshi Maybe those people weren't near where she was sitting? Maybe the person tried to get as far as they could in Business but got sent back or something similar? There's no overt panic because they had no idea what was happening. You can clearly hear the fear in her voice, though.

I already provided links to further info if you WANT to understand what it's about, but all you chose to do was confirm your blind belief that the corporate-controlled Media & government are YOUR "Santa Claus"! And make-believe characters in their '9-11 TV MOVIE' played by actors & agents for a CGI cartoon are all real? You would think, that if 3 people were stabbed on the plain, that they would be screaming in agony? Also, if she said that "Someone's coming back from business", how could anyone have made it up to business class, if she said "we can't even get up to business class right now". I am confused. Why is there no panic, no screaming, no nothing?
