KISS performing the mighty "God Of Thunder" at the Budokan, Tokyo, Japan, during the evening performance on 2 April 1977. This includes the full Peter Criss solo and not the heavily edited, mixed and watered-down version we get on the "official" KISS Alive II. For all the negative publicity Peter has either created or attracted since he left the band, this is the Peter I would rather remember...

  • holy shit.. I had never heard a PC drum solo prior to just now, but damn - teh skillz!

  • HBO was cool in the 70's and early 80's.

  • I am floored by this...

  • the best

  • where i can buy the dvd from this concert?

  • It's funny how much their music from that time still sounds fresh today, as compared with a lot of music at that time, now sounds dated! Peter sounds great here, probably not a lot of drugs available in Japan, amazing what he could do when was not high!

  • I wonder how many Japanese girls took some KISS dick after the show? lol

  • gene simons ace frehly paul stanly is best

  • This shit never gets old!

  • KISS as KISS should be. Loud, raw, and unedited.
