the first time Johnny played "dead or alive" at maxes it was end of a very cool set ,,,,,,,Just glared at the audience traipsing about and flung th efirst chords out.."it so hot in here..." Steve Porter (Billy) was the one to flip the table over that started everyone flipping theirs......If anyone remembers ....that night ?

this song is great because it creeps along, and it also allows the feelings to enter you. when i hear the beginning i get chills. this song got me thru alot. this is the perfect example of why Johnny was so great, who cares if he was on junk. he played well.
