The story of Emmaus retold in a simple and direct way that touches the heart. The background music of Pie Jesu enhances the sacred element, while different paintings bring to life the story. Written by Fr Joe Lucey, who had a gift with words, this reflection is dedicated to his memory and the young people with whom every Salesian is invited to walk with. The reflection is an aid to the Strenna of the Rector Major in which he dwells upon the story of Emmaus.
