  • You've got to look at changing your diet as well as taking the meds. My book contains the nutrition programme I get all my clients on when they have digestive problems. Nothing wrong with taking the meds, but if they're not working for you it's because a) you need different meds or b) something else is causing the symptoms (e.g. foods or other bugs such as Candida).

  • It's my pleasure :-)

Let me know if I can help further.

  • I never had heartburn or stomach problems, I went to the dr with chest pain. I got a PPI that made my symptoms way worse. I developed what felt like my food was stuck in my chest I went back & was told I have Pylori. Is this why I got so sick suddenly? I never had anything other then chest pain & now I can't even eat! I'm a antibiotic and an OTC med my dr gave me. Anyone with this symptoms?

  • Thank you for this great information.

  • Wow! I think this guy confirms stuff for me!! Thankyou! My doc just told me I have H-pylori and wants to put me on antibiotics. I have been fatigued, bloated, not sleeping properly for a long while. . . .

  • I suffered with acid indigestion and reflux since childhood. I was treated for nervous dispepsia for years. I was scared to eat certain foods and got thorough tons of bicarbonate of soda over the years. Recently, my doctor prescribed Omeprazole 20 mg and it has changed my life. I can eat anything, don't feel bloated and reflux is a thing of the past. How bad is that?

  • I had H hernia surgery in 1986, a few months ago I had an upper scope, found to have H pylori, did the 14 day prev pack, 3 antibiotics 1 prevacid, still have reflux without the prevacid, don't drink, and quit smoking 4 months ago and gaining weight, need lower scope, have bleeding hemoroids and cronic constipation, your views?

  • Thanks for the information
