Talking to Apple about a Faulty Macbook is MacHell

People may well love their Macs.

I think many cling to Macs subconsciously believing Apple Inc. is their friend in the war against commercial practices that restrict customer choice. When really it's just that they are in competition with the Microsoft monster.

In the past Apple have had a good reputation for customer care. From my long and frustrating experience and what I have researched on the web, I believe this is no longer the case. Maybe with their increased market share and previous good reputation they feel satisfaction of individual customers is no longer important.


So at this point of time Apple tell me the squeaky noise produced by my iSight camera is not a hardware fault but an issue that cannot be resolved.
