Social medicine doesn't work. I grew up under it. There will be shortage of doctors. My father had to get a heart surgery. The doctors sad that he has to wait 11 month in line for operation. We had to pay the doctor under the table to get my himoperated. You will end up paying anyway if you want to leave. Keep the doctors on the free market competit. It's not perfect but is better then social care. Socialism breads the black market. "The grass is always greener on the other side"

Do you want the youtube video to prove that not only is my statement a quote but it is also consistent in Ron Pauls views. I will gladly send it to you. Seeing that he is a constitutionalist first and a proponent to Austrian Economics second. I like Ron Paul (I would vote for him over any other Republican or Democrat in todays politics) but I do disagree with some of the things he says some of it is absolutly absurd. Now he isnt against social security, how do you explain that?

Well actually it might work, but only for the Rich! Wrong Paul wants to eliminate the Post Office, thus handing over all competition to Fedex and Ups! Do you realize how much they will charge you to send a Letter? The Post Office may be under inadequate management but $0.44 for a letter is a price that can't be beat!

WRONG Ron Paul also says that the state can provide it for you. Romney Care for example. If you read a quote from Ron Paul he says that socialism can exist in a Libertarian ran country. That each state has the right to make their state more socialist driven or more capitalist, so if texas wants to be a free market economy and wear a gun in public they can, and if california wants to restrict gun laws just a little and provide for everyone they can. Thats the way it should be.

Well seeing that he works for the federal government as well as the state government its only logical that he be provided for. The same way you are provided for if you work for a company that gives you health insurance. Now I agree as does Ron Paul that he is given way to much money for his services I think its only fair to be given health care by the people you work for.
