~Ealier, Jasmines POV~
My mom came back with my breakfast and set it on the little table in the corner of Joe's hostpital room. "Come eat sweety," she held out a chair for me. I stood up and started to walk over. I started to feel weak then the room started spinning. I felt my knees go out and then I hit the floor. I heard my mom scream then knew nothing more. The next thing I knew I was on a beach, in the middle of no where. Just a long beach with perfectly blue water that never ended. I was alone except for a figure closer to the water. I tried to make out who it was but couldn't so I walked closer. The figure turned around and looked sullenly at me. It was Joe but it didn't look like him. It looked like him but..different. His eyes were sunken and his skin pure white. I started running towards him but I never moved. I just kept running and running and he was fading away from me. I couldn't reach him, I couldn't hold him in my arms one last time. I blinked and he was completely gone. I stopped running and collapesed in the sand. "Hello Beautiful," I jumped a little and looked over to see him sitting right next to me. "Joe.." I breathed out. "What happened? Why are you here?" "I-I don't know!" I cried out. "Please hold me," I skooted closer to him but he backed away. "I have to go." "What no! Joe please don't leave me!" "I'm sorry I have to, I love you baby," he kissed my hand then dissapered again. I sat up and looked around. The beach was gone and I was in a hospital room. "Joe," I could barely get his name out. I looked around but there was only my mom sleeping in a chair next to the bed I was in. I got up carefully and wrapped the little blanket on the end of the bed around my shoulders. I quietly left and walked down the hall until I got to Joe's room. I walked in slowly. Kevin and Tasha, who were sitting in the two chairs, looked up then ran over to me, engulfing me in hugs. "Jasmine! You're awake! Wait what are you doing here?" Kevin asked, sitting me down. "Joe..." I whispered. "He's doing better, still isn't awake, the doctor said that he is doing great for being out for 7 days..." My head shot up, "7 days?" "Oh honey!" Tasha knelt near me and wrapped her arms around me. "You were out for a day," she looked over at Kevin, "babe, go see how her mom is." Kevin nodded then left. Tasha turned back to me. "Do you want me to stay with you or get you some thing to drink?" "Water..." I slightly smiled at her. She smiled back then stood up and left me alone with Joe. He looked just as he had in my dream? Vision? I'm not really sure what it was but it firghtened me. I took his hand in mine and kissed it. I got up then climbed in next to him, careful not to hit the wires. I put my head on his chest and listened to his heart beat while I played with his hand.
