Damn you can shift! Any transmission mods to the STI? Looks like the GT500 guy could shift as well. :( Why did you sell the STI for an Evo?

Yea I would have to agree with that and I am not bias, I own a moded 07 STi. I would have to spend some serious coin to run with that thing. However it is possible especially from the likes of Crawford performance. But like I said its more money then I want to spend right now to beat a 40k plus Shelby. And the GT500 owner can always raise the bar as well with his own mods.

the sti ended up with a 30r sold and bought an evo.

why the sale on such a sick sti,especially already with ewg and such. he coulda easily gone for bigger turbo.

The GT500 is a beast. It's in a different league than the STi.

I forget but I think at that time he may have had upgraded bushings and also a short shifter. The owner of the car can shift faster than hell in any car however

Low compression, 38mm EWG, Turboback, I forget what else... at this point the car later had a bunch of other mods put on and then was put back to stock and sold
