Your unconscious mind, while extremely powerful, only understands symbols sent to it from your conscious mind. It does not understand what we would consider simple and straight forward communication. Hence, the need for sigils which are really just combinations of the letters in your statement of intent (minus repeated letters, state of being verbs: is, are, etc. and any vowels).

There are many ways to use the sigils. Common methods of usage include meditating on them and then burning, burying or destroying them in some other way so that they can pass from your conscious mind into your unconscious mind. There the instructions built into their design are decoded and followed.

I have for now only seen this video. Over the half video contains of a music that psychologically opens your mind for light. That can be a very good thing (because there are different forms of light)....but it is not good or healthy with these symbols in the background. specially if you're studying them...think you know why. The conscious mind... don't make it a easy prey. Rather search after what gave men the power to be and to live

@Ravenous11yt ......and what do you want to conclude here?... If you are being conscious about something you drag the effect of it (whether it is good or bad) up. You may double or triple the effect. That's why focusing (emotionally and thoughts) on love (in any way or form) gives you control and strength psychologically, emotionally and even physically and spiritually. My point is focusing on the bad is making it worse. Believe and search in the better and the chance of the better is bigger!!
