@bandman232 Excuse me? The annoucement of a BRAND NEW, HD NINTENDO CONSOLE with graphics that are better than the PS3 and 360, means Nintendo is losing it's spark? And appealing to the hardcore gamer base with games the fans have wanted (such as Luigi's Mansion 2 and a true Kirby console game), is nothing short of awesome.

@DannyJS1 i mean they lost the charm with their games tehy had years ago and now focus on gimmiks. Other M really pissed me off at how they tried togive samus a voice and it was all her talking to herself. It was all about her instead of the classic metroid gameplay and it didnt even reveal anything new about her. For the excuse other m was, ive now abandoned nintendo. they will probably screw up skyward sword too.

@bandman232 Look, I didn't like Other M that much either, but that's NOT a reason to give up on Nintendo. Everyone makes mistakes. Even companies like Nintendo. The next Metroid game will most likely go back to the old formula, making everyone happy again.

I also don't see how they could screw up Skyward Sword either. From what I've seen, it looks like a true Zelda game for the Wii that will fully utilize the controls, unlike Twilight Princess which was originally developed for the GameCube.

@DannyJS1 And don't even think about giving the excuse, "Oh, they made Samus talk all about her, they'll do the same to Link and mess everything up and BLAH BLAH BLAH". You can't judge these games fully until they come out, dammit. So either accept the fact that good things can still happen with Nintendo, or get the fuck out.

okay enough of condescending but umm does he understand the concept of developers? There's not a big "nintendo" that is in charge of everything. Anyone who expected much better from Team Ninja was being unrealistically optimistic.

@DannyJS1 I just want them to go back to the regular controler. Im tired of waving my arms around like a moron. And this pad idea seems like just another Gimmick. I actually havent seen gameplay of Skyward sword, but if I have to pay for motion plus I wont get it. I actually havent played my wii in a year.
