bottom line..most of the customer doesn't like to pay there bills whether its BT, Virgin, Talktalk, orange, i mean most of this customer doesn't like to pay,. they want free service, some customer that is not receiving bill, they dont ask why does the bill not being produced, but there is a bill most does not like to pay it, though they use it
Talktalk are shit all don't know anything and there internet connection is shocking oh not to mention there 0.3 download speed :D lol. I think sky all they way.
What an ABSOLUTE joke. Their service is getting WORSE not better. Just look around in various forums and read about customers experiences.
My mate went with them and should have been connected 3 weeks ago and it`s been a nightmare chasing them (it`s cost him more than £18.00 in mobile calls) each time he gets fobbed off with excuses, he wrote to Head office twice but got NO REPLY!
He got legal advice and has now terminated the contract. He`s pretty disgusted with them to say the least!!!
"The home of crap internet" should be the slogan at their office. Terrible, useless service...never encountered such a terrible service from any company.
