The "Hare Krishna" mantra popularized by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupad and George Harrison. It's a very simple mantra that includes two names of Vishnu -- Krishna and Rama. Hare means to take away or end. So this mantra is a request to God to take away all the sorrows, shortcomings, failures, miseries and pains of the chanter and leave behind joy and bliss. I love singing this mantra, as I do with all the other mantras, and I feel so light-hearted, calm and centered after singing it. In this video, I sing the mantra 25 times.

Also, if you notice in this video and in "Om Namo Guru Dev Namo" I'm wearing a shirt featuring the outline of the lotus pose from yoga placed within the crown chakra. This is one of the designs I've created and the shirts are now available for purchase. They're 100% organic cotton so they're eco-friendly! I've also created chakra buttons and magnets that include a yoga pose and reiki symbol I've assigned to each chakra which several yoga studios have been buying to give to their students during sessions. A lot of my friends and colleagues that have bought the shirts and wear them during meditation say they feel great energy emanating from it that helps them reach a state of serenity and achieve healing. This is a huge compliment because I put a lot of love and healing intention in the designing of the shirts so it just makes me so happy to know that all of my hard work is making a positive difference in people's lives.
