@nawscawp ...apples & oranges guy....the Canon Vixia is a VIDEO camera....the SX20 is a digital STILL camera that takes 720p video. I have no idea of the quality of video from the Vixia. I would recomend googleing it for info.

what do you recomend the sx30is or this one..!?? im at a crossroad with this cam thing..wanna get one but dont know which one..!! also why is the sx10is so expensive..!! if you know this..please tell me...advice me..!! cheers mate..!!

@arneduym ...Panning is moving the camera from left to right or up and down. Anytime you don't know what a word or term means...just Google it! Between Google and Utube...just about everything you need to know is there.
