WOW it's built up since I left in 1978...we had an old fathion roll over the rubber hose gas station back then...lol Ohhh and a donut shop that was also a sort of restuarant.

I grew up in South Shore, KY and it was a very nice and peaceful town on the Ohio River. Right across from Portsmouth, Ohio. And yes, I loved that Chester Fried Chicken . . . bet the price went up now. dang it.

I use to live across the highway on wells street years ago. I now live in Orlando, Florida, haven't been to The Short Stop in years. Bet they still have chester fried chicken.
