I actually sat through this entire interview, despite the fact that Sarah Backhouse looked like she was on information overload! John, by all accounts, seems to have the literal blueprint to change the way big corporations build their business, starting with basic brick and mortar solutions. Way to go Mr. Picard. We need more men and women like you helping to save the planet, one corporation at a time!
