What an asshole, know-nothing comment from a nobody. Michelle Branch wrote and sang her way to stardom from a small US midwestern town by teaching herself to play a guitar her uncle gave her. She has birthmark on the side of her nose. That's what you are seeing, and I think it's beautiful, particularly on a true American, heart-and -soul success story, which you might have trouble relating to in your country.
