I just watched High Steel a couple of days ago and I recognize every single clip you've taken, audio and video. Either New York! is a derivative work or it's just an unofficial alternate name for High Steel.

High Steel is another movie. U would understand, if u really have seen it.

It means that, after further amateur research, I couldn't find any mention of a film named "New York" but I actually have the DVD of High Steel, produced in 1965 by the National Film Board of Canada.

Given how the NFB handles making the the old cartoons I remember from my childhood accessible, you can torrent a copy and start selling pirate DVDs for all I care... just use the proper title.
