@dogguy9 when you are first teaching a dog a command it will go faster if he hears is regularly with the action. He'll associate the action with the command easier if he hears it often. Once the dog knows than you don't have to repeat it, he should just do it after one command. I agree with you about the praise though.

What a load of crap. A dog only needs to hear a command once and i dont Have to say his name everytime I turn say it once in the beginning of the command. Also praise the dog up.
