I love the grit and raspiness. Some people prefer her voice back in the S.I.A.M days because it was clear, but I love her soulful and raspy tone. Her natural timbre is still beautiful even when it's raw. Her raw vocals along with her beautiful and powerful voice hits you hard. Her piano playing is so gorgeous. This is why I love her!
