Fox News reported today that the White House is indicating that President Bush might not speak at the Republican National Convention on Monday because of tropical storm Gustav.

I want him to stop what he is doing to handle crisis no matter what race of American is at risk. At current rate of travel, Bush shouldn't be due for his traditional three days later helicopter ride til Friday after the convention.
