First, they are estimated from my experience (not official.)
One day, I noticed Len's 236C doesn't increase internal hitcount (Int.HC, for short). Then, I tried to capture, for example, {5C(1)>236C}*n (n=1~25) and inspect how untech frames vary.
As a result, I concluded that (i) untech correction = (Int.HC - 5) / 6 + x, where x is the number of (6A>A>)A, (ii) Airthrow adds 4 to Int.HC, and (iii) (6A>A>)A adds 2 to Int.HC.
You speak a little english right? Can you tell me where you got these internal hitcount and untech numbers from?

Indeed, these seems true so far as I know.

P.S. I don't know whether (i) is well-known or not. But, (ii) is written in an official mook.
