  • @yagaflaga Well if Lincoln did it then I guess its OK? Lincoln put journalists in prison, he spoke of shipping slaves over to Libya, he instituted devastatlingly high tariffs that dissporportionately affected southern states, he threatened and then invaded a soveriegn nation (Confederate States of America) and slaughtered over 600,000 Americans. The most Americans ever killed in our history! So I'm sort of inclined to think we may want to avoid duplicating injustices Lincoln indulged in.

  • DAMN!!!!! BUSH IS SO SMART.... I TOUGHT BUSH IS STUPID BUT THE TRUTH IS ALL AMERICAN ARE SO STUPID.....

  • i'm not supporting this, but remember, even Lincoln suspended habeas corpus during the Civil War in time of crisis

  • How are illegal aliens and terrorists eligible for United States Law? Let alone any constitutional rights? If you are not a citizen you are disallowed any American rights.

  • 3:30 is where it starts getting hilarious

  • Read the preamble. Look at how it was written. The devil is in the details.

  • The CONstitution does not apply to U and never has. The court system within this county does not recognize it. You are in UCC court. Uniform Commercial Code, is the law of commerce. Thus, the flags trimmed in yellow in these courts. U can b held contempt for citing a document you are not privy 2. Criminal tresspass. Simple contract law. Unless u r an original signee or 1 of the 50 states, it doesn't apply to you. This is why you have to petition the state to go federal. States hv rights u don't.

  • with the patriot act, his NSPD-51 and HSPD-20 and this bill he wants total control.. the dictator. the worse president in history. he has done more harm than any enemy.
